Ingredients

This set includes three Package 50g packets of Kampot pepper.

The various types differ from each other in both taste and aroma, which you can scarcely find in pepper bought at ordinary supermarkets.

Black pepper After grinding, it releases notes of eucalyptus, camphor, and thyme, accompanied by the fragrance of lime zest. These gradually flow into a coastal aroma with emerging fruity notes. The dominant aroma is that of peach and nectarine, accompanied by the scent of pine and the earthy tones of Cambodian mountain soil rich in minerals.

Rare Red Pepper is an explosion of fruity notes with a milder spiciness. Initially, notes of rose and rosehip dominate, which subsequently transition into dried cherry tones. After two to three minutes, more distinctive aromas characteristic of Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as citrus fruits, dried tangerines, and a more earthy crust of sourdough bread.

White pepper offers a gentle yet consistently peppery caress to the taste buds. After grinding it, aromas of camphor, sage, and cedar wood emerge, accompanied by a delicate note of nutmeg flower, grapefruit, and other citrus fruits. After several minutes, you can detect hints of nutmeg, thyme flower, and melissa, underpinned by the aroma of cedar and black tea.

Maintenance

By adjusting the grinding coarseness of the pepper, you affect its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the taste of the pepper will be. Conversely, larger fragments impart more of the specific exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use bare hands, but pour the restless pellets into the chamber directly from the package, and help yourself with a spoon or funnel. At the same time, do not forget your Grinder clean regularly. However, never use water or chemical agents for this. A rag is enough, a brush and a drop of olive oil. Always keep your Grinder away from the sink and handle it carefully when operating it near steam.

Material

Every Grinder is made of high-quality sandblasted ash wood with a unique color and grain.

It is complemented by the metal part of the grinder's body, thanks to which it will serve you forever.

The entire set is stored in a large wooden box on which engraving can be carried out according to your wishes. We did not choose this packaging by chance. Not only does it look great, but it is also made in the Czech Republic and from more sustainable material that can be easily recycled or upcycled.

Milking mechanism

Inside the grinder, there are two ceramic CeraCut® mechanisms.

This is a technology developed in Germany that guarantees that pepper and salt will always be ground with absolute perfection. The grind setting on each grinder can be adjusted, with the mechanism capable of crushing peppercorns or salt crystals as large as 5 millimeters.
