Hi, I'm Lukáš Zach aka "Zachy".

My journey into hot sauces began in 2012, when I started growing my first herbs and vegetables in a small field near Zbraslav. It was a time full of challenges, but also opportunities, and eventually led me to produce authentic chili sauces, which today are loved not only by chili fans, but also by gourmets all over the world. Mango Shine was born from my desire to create a fruity sauce that would brighten up any dish, while also bringing a gentle but unmistakable hot experience. My goal is to offer quality products with a story that are not just about heat, but also about the taste and passion that I put into them.

Mango Shine is a fruity chili sauce that combines the juicy sweetness of mango with the subtle spiciness of freeze-dried Habanero peppers and the unique aroma of white Kampot pepper. This combination creates a harmonious taste experience that will appeal to both beginners and experienced hot sauce lovers.

As the name suggests, Mango Shine is a sauce that will make you shine.

It combines the juicy sweetness of mango with the delicate spiciness of Habanero chili peppers, finished with the aroma of white Kampot pepper. We used our freeze-dried Habanero, which gives the sauce its unmistakable character. The taste is balanced to satisfy beginners and experienced chili lovers.

Ingredients: Mango 48%, mango nectar (water, mango concentrate 35%, sugar, lemon juice from mango), sugar, citric acid, freeze-dried Habanero chili 0.2%, white Kampot pepper .pepper..field
