Ingredients

This set includes three Package 50g of Kampot pepper.

The individual types differ in taste and aroma, which you can hardly find in pepper bought in regular supermarkets.

Black pepper when ground releases tones of eucalyptus, camphor, and thyme accompanied by the scent of lime peel. These gradually transition into a coastal aroma with developing fruity tones. The dominant aroma is peach and nectarine, accompanied by the scent of pine and earthy tones of Cambodian mountain soil full of minerals.

Rare red pepper is an explosion of fruity tones with milder spiciness. Initially, the tones of rose and rosehip dominate, which then transition into dried cherries. After two to three minutes, more characteristic aromas for Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as citrus fruits, dried mandarins, and the earthier crust of sourdough bread.

White pepper is a gentle yet still peppery caress for the taste buds. When ground, it releases aromas of camphor, sage, and cedar wood, accompanied by a subtle aroma of nutmeg blossom, grapefruits, and other citrus fruits. After a few minutes in the mouth, you can taste tones of nutmeg, thyme flower, and lemon balm underpinned by the aroma of cedar and black tea.

Characteristic

German precision combined with unique design has given rise to unique grinders.

These will become the ornament of every kitchen and a unique helper for every chef.

15 centimeter high grinders have a minimalist design combining wood and metal. Their shape was designed to fit perfectly in every hand. The set is ideal for anyone who takes Kampot pepper seriously.

Maintenance

By adjusting the grind size of the pepper, you influence its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the taste of the pepper will be. Conversely, larger fragments will impart more of the specific exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use bare hands, but pour the unruly balls directly from the package into the chamber, and use a spoon or funnel to help. At the same time, don't forget to clean your grinder regularly. However, never use water or chemical agents for this. A cloth is enough, a brush, and a drop of olive oil. Always keep the grinder away from the sink and be careful with its operation also over steam.

Material

Each grinder is made from high-quality sandblasted ash wood with a unique color and grain pattern.

This is complemented by a metal part of the grinder's body, thanks to which it will serve you forever.

The entire set is stored in a large wooden box, on which engraving can be done according to your wishes. We did not choose this packaging by chance. Not only is it nice to look at, but it is also made in the Czech Republic and from sustainable material that can be easily recycled or upcycled.

Grinding mechanism

Inside the grinder, there are two ceramic mechanisms CeraCut®.

This is a technology developed in Germany that ensures that pepper and salt will always be crushed with absolute perfection. The coarseness of the grind can be adjusted on each grinder, and the mechanism can crush peppercorns or salt crystals up to 5 millimeters in size.
